When did Putin get a CDL?

 

What they need to do is start writing tickets for everybody going into the left lane after passing multiple signs saying left lane is ending, merge right now etc.

So many back ups are caused by pricks going into the closed lane to try to pass and cut everybody off last second.

 

Why would they write tickets? Most of the time they also have signs saying to take turns at the merge area. They say the zipper merge is the fastest method. Just no one seems to understand how to do it correctly.

I asked a State Trooper why they had that thing, and he said it was to catch people on phones. Then I said, well wouldn’t you do better in a unmarked truck instead of one with THP plastered all over it?

It’s just something for the Dept of Safety to throw away money on, although it was a drug seizure. They also have a class 8 motor home, a VW Beetle, and one of those 3 wheel motorcycles with the 2 wheels in front.

 

I've seen it bobtailing around Nashville before it actually does pull people over.
