Primary and secondary tanks are protected by an inlet check valve. Yours could be stuck closed on the primary tank. Also, your gauge could be faulty.

Check valve was stuck. Thanks. Next problem engine is all new runs very well until you back out of it about half way then get back in it. It will start missing until you back completely out of it count to three get back in the throttle then runs smooth until you back out a little then same thing over and over. N14 new filters, fuel and injectors but no engine codes or check engine lights. Totally stumped. Bad injector getting air in the lines ecm????

Make up a new fuel line and connect it at the pump inlet and just run it straight into the fuel tank and try it again to see if it is sucking air somewhere.

Hello, I have a 1999 International 9400 series. The shifter stayed in the high position and will not split to the low end. I hear air and the splitter has 3 lines, black, GREEN , and brown. I see the black and green, but not the brown fitting.
