Apple butter done with peaches. Yummm.

 

Never tried anything of the sort. Do you use it in lieu of regular butter or is it for something particular?

 

My grandma used to make apple butter. Not quite what you're thinking. Hers at least was like a thick puree type thing. Tasted like apple pie when spread on toast. And yes its definitely something that had to be hid.

 

Glad to hear you are on the mend..don't quite remember, was there an actual diagnosis, or are you a guinea pig for an unknown Covid variant particular to dental care?

 

Okay, I thought that might be the case, but wasn't sure since I have no personal experience with that. I'm aware of the load insurance being able to be done that way, but wasn't sure if a specific type of insurance coverage for someone that expected to haul some but not all hazmat had a possible bypass on that knid of thing for an occasional load of hazmat. Thanks.

 

You're right, that would have been a real nightmare for you, since you try to shift smoothly so there isn't any quick change in motion, that's what starts the liquid moving more than just a little wave action. Nothing like upshifting when the load starts going to the back of the trailer and jerks you backward and you can't get the gear in because the rpm's dropped with that back surge.
