Spraying a person with wasp spray is begging for a lawsuit, and perhaps criminal charges.

 

It’s probably a violation of federal law to use a baseball bat in a manner inconsistent with its labeling but I don’t care as long as I’m alive.
And it will definitely be the next of kin who will have to bring a law suit.

Yes, as has been pointed out already, and responded to. Not only illegal, but apparently ineffective. My wasp spray has been replaced by pepper spray.

Flares tend to bounce..... its likely to hit you back.
Pepperspray is cheap and fairly effective.
