    I don't see a problem with that. The guy that hit my trailer was texting. He didn't even see the marker light right next to his mirror.

    EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now if only they would expand on that and do the same for idiots yapping on a cell phone while eating a meal off a plate balanced on the steering wheel. No joke, I've actually seen that.:biggrin_2555::biggrin_25510:

    Just a feel good rule, very, very hard to enforce. I drive into NYC about 2 to 3 times a week. NY has a strong to cell phone while driving law, but it is never enforced. I see the cops on the phone all the time driving down the road.
