You have to sign a consent form to have a driver facing camera in your truck or else it's illegal! If it's not a DOT requirement then I don't need it. It's not my problem if trucking companies want to save on their insurance rates. My driving record speaks for itself.
like clay… +++, Geekonthestreet, nredfor88 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Show me that requirement, if you would.....Dennixx Thanks this.

As it is associated with “Inward Facing Cameras” Without the ‘employee’ signing a document thus giving permission to the employer that he/she can be monitored at any time?
Then at present. The use of the Inward-Facing Camera(s). Is in direct violation of the 4th, 5th (self-Incrimination) & 14th amendments.
