Unloading at Walmart then headed to the yard. It’ll be nice to get the rest of the day off. I’d rather be rolling but I’ll enjoy slowing down for a minute

I was supposed to be resetting in Knoxville. I woke up yesterday afternoon and Robert called. A driver broke down in the gorge, got his truck worked on, and it started acting up again so he made it to the TA in Duncan, SC where he was at. His truck has high time problems, and he needs to go to Volvo apparently. He had a load of taters for Pageland that delivered at midnight last night and had been rescheduled once already. I ran to Duncan, swapped trailers, delivered last night at midnight and stayed the night here. I'm about get ready to grab a preload for New Century now

Well my fellow Climateers, I am back out looking forward to running some climate Miles. Hope all is well with everyone, try to stay COOL!! So my hernia surgery has been scheduled for the end of this month, and I will miss four weeks of work. Ouch! I talked it over with Justin, and he says he doesn't know if they will let me keep the tk at home that long, I guess they are worried something may happen to it. That's very doubtful since I've been parking in the same place over 30 years, nothing has ever happened. So if they won't let me take the tk, my wife would have to come and get me, and then bring me back to Union to go back to work. A total distance of 2172 Miles. At 5 bucks a gal, well you can see I wouldn't be very happy to do that, especially when you consider I will miss 4 paychecks. So depending on what they decide, I'm not sure what I'll do.

Thanks MDM. I like it here to much to leave, It's just the principal of it, and I don't want them to know I'm not going anywhere, it would negate my bargaining power,LOL. Anyway it's gonna be scorching in Texas!Professor No-Name, bryan21384 and mdmgolfin Thank this.
