they denied me because of the report and did not give me a chance to dispute the information before making a hiring decision. By law they have to give you the opportunity to dispute the info.

OP, this thread is a year old. You stated several times in the thread that it's purpose was to find a company that would hire you. So would you mind sharing your employment status over this past year? It could be beneficial to other members that face this industries blackballing system.
