False reporting

    they denied me because of the report and did not give me a chance to dispute the information before making a hiring decision. By law they have to give you the opportunity to dispute the info.

    Nothing like making a living off of lawsuits .. there's a couple POS in my area that make their living that way too

    They denied you because that report reflects your driving ability.. that basic sum of the report is you had 3 infractions and even though they were not 100% accurate the basic facts were correct and they choose not to hire you because you can't drive well enough to be trusted with their equipment..
    So on e again as I pointed out earlier in a post..
    Things don't go the way you want.. you get butt hurt and sue

    OP, this thread is a year old. You stated several times in the thread that it's purpose was to find a company that would hire you. So would you mind sharing your employment status over this past year? It could be beneficial to other members that face this industries blackballing system.
