Just by chance do you know how much flex teams get paid out of San Antonio,TX? Since it’s considered east for Estes

 

Not sure. I think teams split pay is some where in the .80s range.

Is Estes the type of place you just stop by and talk with terminal mgr? You know some places are uptight nowadays

 

I’d say it would depend on the terminal and what kinda guy the TM is.

I was out of Owensboro KY. It was a small barn barely enough room to turn around in the yard. TM was a laid back chill dude. Bigger terminals with more things going on he may be more business.

 

Small barn Pineville, LA. figured 10-11 in the morning after city guys hit the street, probably good time

 

Yeah prolly laid back. As long as he’s not a guy who takes authority to his head.
