Hey Fellas ive got a 2000, 379. Peterbilt that i am trying to figure out how my light switches work ? I have 3 Switches on the top row that are. 1.Headlight. 2.Clps 3.Day/night signal Switch. I noticed when i turn on my first headlight swicth on my highbeam come on and i cant get the low beam on till i flip on the 2 switch for clips then my headlight will adjust back to low beam and then ill be able to flip back and for low and high. Also all my clearance lights roof and dash light and trailer lights come on with that 2 clps switch. So my question is is this in the right order for these switches.?? It burned out relays from fuse box and had to cut out wires and replace them outside the fuse box but i guess after 2 or 3 hours of running lights something heats up and all of sudden ill loose everything and hi beam will just stay lit. But no clearence or dashlight or trailer till relay starts again ??? Thanks in Advance !!

Did you figure the this problem out? I've had the same issue with my 2002 379.

Also tried unhooking the two wires that run to the marker light switch didn't change anything
