You are correct, they don't have much money. In fact they are borderline bankrupt and have a CSA score of 90 something lol.
Is yard hostling a good job for someone that can't find a driving job?

Sometimes you have no choice but to fight Fire with Fire. If what you’re saying is true, my next application, on the question of why I left their employment Would include payroll shortages, hostile threats, and inability to get fuel, when needed, an inability to get Truck repaired when needed, including tires and brakes. Dispatcher encouraging you to run illegal. I quit because I didn’t want kill someone with their dangerous Truck. I wouldn’t mention any of the original story. Let their version be completely different from yours. Like it came out of left field. Now who’s looking bad?Gearjammin' Penguin and Another Canadian driver Thank this.

You sound very miserable.
It can't be that all the companies that you worked for were out to get you.
Maybe you should self reflect.
As for Dhaliwal they ain't broke running 100 reefer trucksAnother Canadian driver, drvrtech77 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
There CSA score is so bad they would regularly get pulled in for inspection, I learned to get off the I10
I never said all the companies that I worked for were out to get me, don't put words in my mouth when I just state facts. If Dhaliwal is doing so well why do drivers have to pay out of pocket for company expenses? Why is payroll always an issue? Why did checks constantly bounce the day after they were cashed? Why did it take almost a year from when I started to set up direct deposit? Why did they go over a month in October without paying me or any of the other drivers I know? Why is almost every single trailer damaged? Why do they refuse to repair things on the truck to make it DOT legal because "it costs too much money" also unless things suddenly changed they don't have a hundred trucks they have 80 tractors and 85 reefer units.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
I'll happily wait for you to try and make up an excuse for that.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

From what I see there inspection score is below national average.
Now why would you work after 1 bounced check. Let alone a whole month of no pay?
Something doesn't sound right.
I doubt a company with 80trucks or 100trucks would be broke?
Running produce east and west.
Going based of your posts.
I guess Dhaliwal ,Pigeon and Coldliner don't know what good a driver they let go.
16/hr is a joke.Another Canadian driver and Dennixx Thank this. -
Because I didn't want to up and quit and be stuck unemployed. When did I ever claim to be such a great driver? Stop putting words in my mouth, if I was a great driver I wouldn't be applying for a $16 an hour job would I #######? Atleast I'm not a ####### troll, ohh and n
sense when is not wanting to stay out for 2-3 months or pay an escrow as a company driver is a crime? Idiots like you who put up with whatever these companies dish out are the reason why drivers are treated like ####.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Also if they were doing so great why would they not have direct deposit, or actual after hours dispatch, or be able to repair trailers that are so damaged shippers regularly refuse to load them?Another Canadian driver Thanks this.
-
I'm actually an O/O. Own numbers an all.
But hey Good Luck.
I wish I had 100 trucks and no Direct DepositAnother Canadian driver Thanks this. -
The name of the company is in the first line.
