How long would you say you have been waiting after you were told you were the selected candidate? I will know if I am selected or not by this coming Friday, so was just trying to figure out a timeframe I could expect to actually get on board w/ them.

 

Well guys, just got the email that I'm no longer being considered for the position, so back to the drawing boards for this guy. Thanks for the info though.

At the end of our call/interview Friday, he did say I could call or email him with any questions, so I did shoot him an email asking for interview feedback...so should I find another posting I feel I may be suitable for, I can get a better idea of why I wasn't chosen and do what I can (if I can do anything at all) to adjust and be better prepared for the next interview should one be offered.

 

He told me at the end of our interview that I would either receive a call from him informing me I've been selected or that I would receive the above email should I not be. I'm just glad they didn't wait until Friday. I would have been in that weird limbo state of nervousness/excitement. At least now I can chill and go back to being BAU.

 

That email you sent may be something that sticks out in his head in the future. Smart move, considering you’re appealing to global conglomerate corporate managers.
