That sucks, that place had decent food, even after the ######## took over. Is there a sign saying what it’s going to be?

In this day and age. I've turned brand new ones because of a vibration.cke, CAXPT, Brettj3876 and 4 others Thank this.

That's insane. I couldn't in my right mind ask that.
I've seen some lower priced equipment, and some high priced. I'm pretty certain its all coming down. And availability is definitely up.
Housing in my area has not increase on volume, but I am seeing longer days on market and price reductions.cke, CAXPT, Brettj3876 and 6 others Thank this. -
No Sir I never seen a sign. It was dark as a dungeon and the whole property was fenced off.
Remember the front door on the lunch counter side where the cars parked? That area is now a fuel island from what I could silhouette in the headlights.
Building is just set back a little more from the main drag compared to how it was.
Remember that old wagon that had the salad bar in it? I sure liked the way it was setup. And yes they had some decent food for sure….jamespmack, cke, CAXPT and 5 others Thank this. -
Odd question for you guys. If you are a resident of a state with no income tax. But own property in a state with it. Do you have to pay the state income tax?
I plan on getting some land in the next year or two. But probably won't have a dwelling on it for a while. So trying to figure out how it's going to work.jamespmack, cke, CAXPT and 2 others Thank this. -
Yes, even though it is raw land you will have to do a nonresident filing for that state. I have hay property in three states and these states stick out their hands every year. (The bums.) And no it does not matter in what state the income was generated in it is total income and they will want a copy of your federal.Last edited: Jun 22, 2022
jamespmack, cke, CAXPT and 5 others Thank this. -
But I thought there was something about number of months you lived in each state during the year. A % thing.jamespmack, cke, PoleCrusher and 1 other person Thank this.

Not that my CPA has ever come up with. Not all states are the same though. Since I don't know what state we are talking about I can say that with the states I own property in all want their complete share of income taxes. I think, the percentage you are talking about is the formula to decide if you are a full time, or part time citizen of that state.jamespmack, cke, CAXPT and 5 others Thank this.
