VNL 780 - D16 bunk a/c blowing cold while front is blowing warm air?

I have the oposite problem. The bunk only gets cold air, no matter what is it sef for (A/C also works). There is no hot air. In the front everything works.
This is when using air from the truck’s blower motor. Webasto works fine.
Any thoughts?

 

This sounds exactly like my problem. You mentioned giving instructions on how the replace the valve? I'd love those if you are able. My valve isn't manual it's electric...

 

How do you get the dash top off without breaking a bunch of stuff

 

I have a new 2023 volvo 760 and the air is coming from all the vents even defrost all the time no matter what is selected. When on vents it blows hard out of vents, but there’s always a slight amount of air coming from defrost causing windshield to fog every morning/night when running a/c. Seems like the mode door or actuator where is this located and does it sound like a simple fix? Seems like the door is moving, but not all the way to cut off the defrost completely. Volvo dealer is weeks out on appointments. Thanks in advance
