The Sheriff and I spoke this evening. He is willing for let the swing go for a $500 donation to the Cajun Navy, something else for you to research.
The friend will pay for the tow and storage, but someone has already repowered the load, so getting his job back, may not happen.
And if he kicks his friends butt, he may be back in jail as he is very angry, still.
We will see.

140cc, 20" deck. I don't have enough lawn to justify a ride on mower.
