In theory, USA has better protection against any invasion of privacy.
You have a Constitution and many amendments.
Canada is ruled like a slave ship.
You may end up over board if the master doesn't like you.

The Feds just have good marketing. The Constitution is meaningless to them. 1861 and Snowden's leaks about Prism make it crystal clear parchment paper is akin to toilet paper.

Drive naked. The company will rip that camera out so fast. Nothing like seeing a potbelly naked driver scratching his nuts and picking his nose. :D

ICBC feels if you are sitting stopped at a red light and get rear ended you’re 20% at fault. My buddy got hit at Hastings and Cassiar when it was grade level. Wong in his Benz on the way downtown hit him and drive him out in the intersection where everybody on the TCH hit him. ICBC deemed him 20% at fault. ICBC, SGI and Autopac are all the same. If they apportion fault they get to raise 2 premiums instead of one, so you’re always going to wear some of it.

Except when they prove that the truck driver was doing nothing wrong and that the four-wheeler crossed the zipper, preventing the other party (who was drunk) from suing both the driver and the company.
