    When I look at their website it says something like you must have an 85 GPA & 85 road test - what does that mean?

    Look into A N Webber, they have a terminal in El Paso and hire from ELP for OTR. They pay quite a bit more than RE West, too. It will be mainly drop deck van trailers with driver assist unloads of water heaters. If you are prior service military, they will also count your military experience.
