It's correct. It tells you which states have enacted laws making ticket cameras legal. It's a compilation of the information.

 

Instead of saying it's not correct, let's say there is no source so It's accuracy cannot be verified. As is it's simply an opinion piece that may or may not be true.
Now if they linked to the laws it would be one thing, but since they claimed to look up the laws why didn't they link them?
