Something fishy about this post. All I can think of is you took out advances worth your week’s worth. But that was years ago. So maybe. Idk. I have nothing bad to say. I take home $3,000 a week after all expenses on lease purchase. No complaints here

If this guy is legit, he is the only person in history to make good money at Pennies A Mile.

After all, his only posts were to come here and dig up an old thread to defend his "employer." Seems more like an office shill trying to do a little damage control.

I'm not buying it. There are DOZENS of threads involving PAM/Driver Solutions and all of them have been negative, yet here you come along, no posts, no reputation, but proclaiming if someone isn't making money there he must have taken all of his pay in advances.

I hired a driver away from PAM last year. Company driver, in 2021, getting paid a measly 42 cpm. That's poverty right there. And the best part was him reporting he had recently gotten that raise, as he was at 38 cpm prior.

Well that’s your experience man. Idk I won’t argue with you. We all have different outcomes in life and I’m blessed to be in a good position. I didn’t know threads were created to put people down. But I guess I just have joined the wrong website. Maybe Reddit has more positive views. Best of luck to you all cause it’s not easy for sure. God bless y’all.

Wow . Good money for PAM. I run team dedicated for a LTL company , with our quarterly bonus, our check this week was $10,500.00 .
After all expenses . All drop and hook . All no hassle freight .

That’s really good. Wish I had a team member to jump on board to something like that but I like being alone haha

and for those wondering I’m guaranteed 3050 miles drop and hook dedicated run. Truck payment is 299 a week for a pro star. 8 miles a gallon with a APU. And I run my tank to almost empty and calculate how much exact fuel I need. I don’t just fill and go. Makes a huge difference on take home pay.

    Whiteline64 Thanks this.

That's actually burning money. From full to 1/2 tank you will get better fuel mileage than you will from 1/2 to empty. So, you are forcing yourself to spend more money on fuel than is needed by running all the way to empty. The better thing to do would be to start with a full tank and then do exactly as you are describing once you hit 1/2 tank. Basically, treat 1/2 tank as your new empty. You will see your mgp improve. Try it and see how it works.
