    The broker. However, you should have done your due diligence immediately after receiving the rate con to verify all pertinent shipment details before moving. So this puts blame on you too. Never trust anything a salesman tells you.

    I don't even ask brokers for phone numbers anymore. If they are on the rate con I use em. If not I let me fingers do the walking. I have all day driving to try and get an answer at some places but eventually I usually do.
