Carrier comfort pro APU trouble

    The motor runs fine. The ac will run for a while then pop the breaker. Sometimes this will only happen a couple time through my break. Other time it will pop the breaker every few minutes. The ac blows nice and cold when it doesn’t pop the breaker. I have change both capacitors inside the ccu. No change. Not throwing any codes on the ECM. I know it’s been mentioned before about this happening to other people. What was the fix?

    Generator capacitor mine was between the Engine fan and engine radiator

    I Don't i honestly didnt even test it. I Just got tired of that breaker tripping all the time while sleeping so it was worth the risk and it paid off. Hasn't tripped since i replaced it which was about 400 hours ago now lol

    The way I fixed mine was I took the engine and generator and the rest of that useless junk out of the cabinet and made myself a nice toolbox. Haven’t had a minutes trouble with it since.

    I fixed this on mine with the generator capacitor. No issues after I replaced it.

    yes, it was the 45 Micro farad capacitor for the generator.
