I have not been to this guy but he came highly recommended by a former trucker
Supposedly they will shim bend and tweak where others won’t or don’t know how
There is another one in Mn or Wisc? somewhere up in that area that does the same but don’t have the info

Thanks for the links. I'll be driving by Bellevue Ohio which has a MD alingment tech there so I'll stop in and see if they can see what's up.
Like I mentioned before, I am planning on going to an air ride front set up so a lot of these parts will be replaced soon, but I don't want to trash a tire before hand lol. So hopefully it can be a quick and easy fix. I'll try to remember to report back here on what's found.Siinman Thanks this. -
You may want to give them a call in advance. Sometimes they have openings and other times they are super busy. Just a FYI

That's a father son team MD Alignment in Bellevue, OH and they do good work. I had those guys rebush the suspension with polys, install new king pins and 3 axle alignment among other things right before I spent about $5,000 on brand new tires. Everything is wearing perfectly now almost 2 years later. Not all MD alignment shops are the same, but these guys are first rate. They stay busy and usually booked up but whatever is causing your issue they'll find it.Siinman Thanks this.

I appreciate the info. I'll still check in but won't hold my breath on any miracles though. I might just have to get the parts for the air conversion ASAP which will include new kingpin, bushings, shocks, tie rods and drag links so that may just have to be the plan and hope the tire doesn't get too bad too fast. Replacing the rear tires this fall and maybe I'll have to bite the bullet and do fronts again. Hopefully not tho

Warm shock good, cold shock bad.

Your truck has a lift on it already, and you’re planning on going air-ride steer. I’d say it would pay you to make friends with those fellas in Bellevue. By the sound of it they might be the people who would get your little bit oddball configuration right. I’m not an alignment guy, but I’d be willing to bet with the conversion in the front and the lift axle considered your truck may be a bit of a challenge to get set up to run right.
