Looking for info on the company, I am considering them for a job? Good, bad, ugly, any training? What’s the pay like during training and afterwards?

@fngmoto --
Current fuel hauler here--but NOT with Eagle Transport.
This is not the answer you want--but the most accurate answer is to find....and then talk with....current drivers at the Eagle terminal you have in mind.
Every terminal with each company will be different.
Some will be winners, and others will be losers....all within the same company, if it's big enough.
In any case--if you are a new driver, pass up on Eagle Transport--and pursue Tidewater Transit, instead.
They would make a MUCH BETTER choice--for a beginning driver.

Thanks for the info. Currently with Tidewater, I'm relocating and Eagle is one of the companies that have expressed interest in hiring me. They don't have a terminal in the area that I'm moving too or where I live. Ive been looking for a driver at the gas stations to ask some questions. I'd like to pick your brain about the job if possible.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

Questions?
Hmmmmmmm.....sure...why not?

Ahh... I was confused momentarily, as there is an Eagle Transport in Rochester, MN, too. They don't pay the greatest and their trucks are in poor shape. I know nothing about this other Eagle Transport.

I almost choked when I saw the company name. The last Eagle Transport I remember was in Toronto in the ‘80’s. Typical o/o exploitation outfit until it was sold. Volume Tank Transport is what’s left of that company with different ownership. They still operate out of the old Eagle yard on Shawson Dr.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

The Eagle Transport in my area, Nashville TN, is a reasonably good company. They haul fuel to numerous gas stations. It's home daily, hourly pay with good benefits. My friend worked for them. I think he is retired now. https://www.eagletransportcorp.com/ With any fuel haulers expect to start with working nights until you have enough seniority to work days, if you are one of THOSE people.

I am considering them myself. My neighbor across the street from me hauls for them and loves it. He's spent the last year trying to recruit me over there. Plan on waiting until after winter. Though here in the south we really dont have one I don't want my first 6 mos. pulling fuel to be learning under threat of over night icing.Another Canadian driver, tscottme and fngmoto Thank this.
