Co. Driver looking for dedicated run

I'm currently President / Owner of small trucking. I'm interested in a Dedicated Run (no touch, no NYC) & I'm located in Carlisle,PA. I've been looking the last 4 months for a job & been offered McDonald's pay staying out for 2-4 weeks at a time, some OK jobs but nothing fits my interest. Well, I had absolutely no luck with this at all. I try not to pay to much attention to the news & all the negativity going on out in our world, just to try to stay positive with an open mind. It's very sad what is going on with our economy. I didn't want to spend anymore money getting anymore equipment. The work I have is consistent but, rates dropped a little so didn't have much ambition to do anymore. I took a chance bought a couple more trailers & hired another O/O which all seems to be doing well so far. I put an ad out online for an O/O that I had to get the ad deleted just to stop the calls & the ad was only out for a day in a half. It was very sad to hear all these guys story's & wish I could've helped them all. I sure hope all the good drivers out there can find a good home.
