Their flatbed securement training is good. I went in the first week of April, so it was still very cold in Fargo, all training was in an indoor warehouse. I had previous experience on a different chain-gang, so it wasn't mind-blowing, just slightly different. The instructor was very patient and answered all questions and explained things very well. It was positive

I worked there and loved it. I made decent money, was home whenever I requested it. I was home for 11 days with pneumonia, no issues.
My longest run was 3700 plus 1400 dead head. McConnellsburg, Pa to kitamat BC.
I was shut down in SD for 4 days with an oversized because of weather and was paid for each day.
Had I not bought my own truck I’d still be there.
