I wouldn't count on him not getting deported - eventually........
There are too many levels of appeal, all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada should they decide to hear it. We do have far too many bleeding hearts in Canada, but I think that his crime(s) will get him deported.

My personal opinion is that he should've been forced to serve every day of his sentence in a Federal prison, then on the day of release he's escorted onto a plane bound for India and told never to come back.

In my day they started you in a straight truck, then after you prove yourself they move you into a single axle with a pup local only, then a day cab and a full length trailer, only after that did you start to see the highway.

Back in the day you didn't walk into the truck stop washroom and see an indian washing his feet and balls in the sink.

    Welcome to the new Canada.

It's still done that way at certain companies I know of. They'll start a new person as a shunt driver/yard guy, parking trailers, securing cargo, checking tires, etc., then move them onto city delivery, then eventually regional if there aren't any incidents.

He is reaping the benefits of his guilty plea. Had he fought the charges the crown and police were ready to hire this high tech software agency from California to reproduce the event in detail with a computer and nail him down. He will get deported to India and will never drive a motor vehicle in Canada again, maybe a bicycle with less than 50cc

He won't get deported. He will fight and win. Libtard nation.

I went though that exact intersection last week, flashing lights and rumble strips and this idiot still blasted through the stop sign.

    Unreal.

    Canada is a joke.

They didn’t build the big monument they said they would .. also speed limit was raised through there again. The reduced speed limit only lasted 3 or 4 years because locals haul butt through there..
