I’ve only had one female terminal manager and that’s when heniff bought superior. She became terminal manager over the superior drivers in addition to the heniff drivers she had before the buy out
I’m going to be honest, she was very cool and had an open door policy, but I think she got overwhelmed trying to manage her drivers from heniff as well as the superior drivers
it’s like her driver count doubled and she seemed to have have a tough time getting a handle on things. She left heniff back in April, there were rumors that heniff let her go because of money mismanagement, but I don’t know how true that was. She had been with heniff for over 10+ years, so for her to leave was a real shock to everyone here in Pasadena Tx

well, it also could've been that she got overwhelmed because Superior and Heniff were run as 2 separate companies before they got everything worked out. And Pasadena. I miss going there and the hotel(everytime I showed up, it was off to the hotel I went...which was fine by me! haha). Do you know why Ray(shop manager) was fired? I heard he was escorted off the property. Good thing Kevin took over! He is a great mechanic and would make sure he got you in, even if it was something simple.

Kevin has been gone almost a year now, he was overwhelmed as well. A guy name Rick is our shop foreman nowDoinTheLife Thanks this.

oh wow! Makes sense. He tried fixing a 'regen issue' with my truck when he was still working in the shop. However, it was a very simple fix and he still didn't fix it. So, got home and off to the service center it went and back the next day. All I needed was a new DPF filter. So much for sitting in the hotel for 3 days on that one! lol
