This is very true. The qualifications used to be much higher everywhere.

 

I've change from -10 to -1, and delivered it that way many many times, Or a degree here or there. But that's all refer companies. Never 20 degrees. I've never been asked to switch it back. I've also gone colder. I think he was exaggerating. But who knows. It could have happen.
