NE Ohio driver looking for work

Is there any companies that don't use dac services?? I have 21 yrs experience and my former employer did not maintain their equipment and charged me for braking the bolt on the dollies and one side didn't go down. Needless to say the trlr was just service a few weeks before and didn't grease the dollies and it was like cranking up and down 50,000 lbs on an empty trlr. The dollies where in a bind. And had messed up directions in Pittsburgh and guard at the recvr had me go in a area that wasn't truck freindly ( turned a corner and u took the entire street from sidewalk to sidewalk) just to get on to that street. I almost went over the bridge, and almost hit a lite pole, but only ran over the sidewalk and bent the rim and blew out the tire. I had according to the bills 46,500 lbs. So, that was why the tire blew and bent the rim going over the curb slowly. I know I should know better but I was already 1.5hrs late because Pittsburgh changed the interstate from the airport to downtown from I-279 TO I-376 and my directions said take I-279 north off of I-79. There is "NO" I-279 north off of I-79. There is I-279 south and I-279 north from downtown.
