If you are teaming with your brother go sign a 3 year walk away lease with Prime Inc. Get paid with revenue not miles.

Yea I’m slowly learning the business side of being an o/o for brother and I to team. But I’m not doing a lease purchase

Little update for anyone who finds this thread... best either stay in the closet while you're at this company or move along altogether. I came out to HR at the beginning of pride month so that having to call the company for any reason whatsoever wouldn't involve "deadname this" or "misgender that"... they fired me pretty much immediately after. Had an immaculate record (100% on-time rate, routinely qualified for FUEL bonus, literally ZERO incidents, etc. etc.) so far, too, so it couldn't have possibly been for cause. Just ######## bein' ########. Not commenting further due to pending litigationmav100 Thanks this.

Just curious as to why you felt the need to do this?
I'd agree you have the right but still wonder what is to be gained.Blagoje Thanks this. -
Not getting a shot of wanting to off myself every ####### time I have to talk to my dispatcher, the shop types, or safety

Dude, over a trucking job? Tell me that’s not the only company to work for.

No, over being knowingly and intentionally referred to as what I'm not, after having informed the appropriate parties about what I am. Anyway, I came to JB Hunt (DCS - Bridgestone) pretty much immediately after... I'm actually treated right here. Don't get no sideways #### for being trans, have a nice truck that's properly maintained, and the pay's a helluva lot better than GP was doingLast edited: Sep 9, 2022
mav100, Dennixx, JohnBoy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Good for you. What’s that saying? One door closes another opens. At the end of the day, what you do with that truck, how you deal with customers, and your ability to do it safely is all that matters. People are people, most are understanding, some just suck.Dennixx Thanks this.

I left GP after two weeks, mainly because it made me realize I didn’t want to do OTR any more. Not a bad company, just a weird vibe, at least to me. Went to J.B. also, running a home daily dedicated.JohnBoy Thanks this.
