    Like I said. The customer receives it that way it's noted on the bills from there guard or whom ever checks in the trailer. It's scanned and uploaded to the website for them to see, and all temps noted. Alot of loads have temp recorders. So they know what happens in transit. If you or they have a problem with it. Please take it up with them. Can we de-escalate the contention. Can we start over. Hi I'm Donny. How are you today.

    You know I used to work for Marten also. Spent 19 months with them and had a blast. They took a chance on me when I had a pending case and I stuck by them until I beat said case, got all endorsements, and went to Estes. I'd recommend them. I made good ### money there given I didn't really have experience when they accepted me. I had like 8 months and they put me on the 2 years pay scale because I was the only "new" driver that could float gears.

    If you're able to do so. Opt out. When they refuse to process your opt out, sue them. Or, just contact an employment law attorney. They cannot charge you to "process payroll". They owe you the wages you earn. Period. That of course is assuming you're a company driver and not LP.

    Good news. I just looked deep into the printable version of Marten pay. They don't charge at all. When you guys said something, I was like hmmm. I just looked and we're all good.
