Flatbed companies hire drivers with no experience so don't let that dissuade you. Dry van is easy; no challenge to it. Reefers, tankers, flatbed is the way to go, right out of the gate.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

I know this is an older post but does magnum hire felons if it’s like 3 years old? I’ve been looking like crazy for a decent OTR job.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

Pretty sure it's 5 years.

Any other good companies you can recommend for possession felonies?
-
Felony-level possession is a hard one to overcome, as it usually involves distribution or trafficking, and you can distribute a whole lot more in a rig than a car.TRUCK1010 Thanks this.

That make sense, but what really gets me is that I spent a lot of money getting my license only because the school said they did a background on my and everything was fine an " No problem finding job".
-
Tell the school to hire you then. They don't set policy, mostly the insurance companies for the carriers do.
-
You're right I should they posted a job for instructors a few days ago. Probably wouldn't pass their background check though.
