Well the time has come to change companies. It’s getting glaringly bad where I work. If you recall I was broke down in a hotel for 15 days. Truck broke down again, this time I didn’t even get the $100 day pay. No reason given. Had to get picked up by a other driver, left all my stuff on the truck, get back to the company they give me another truck, it breaks down in the yard, they put me on another truck over 560,000 miles on it, engine light comes on, they tell me to keep driving and then it derates 300 miles down the road. Had enough, time for a change.

I don’t want to just jump from the frying pan into the fire I want to pick a really darn good company. I’m a #### good driver. AINT afraid to say so. No Megas unless they hit the perfect setup, want something really unique.

    experience:
4.5 years OTR, dry van / reefer. Aprox 560,000 miles, completely clean record. No incidents of any kind.

looking for sone flexibility, don’t just want to do the six or seven day out / 1 day off ratio, now I’ll stay out 2 to 3 weeks at a time typically, but if I stay out over two weeks I wanna be able to take three days off. And a few times a year I’d like to take more than just three days off.

good equipment, good lanes, no micromanaging not picking, they send me loads, I run them, simple. Lol

aiming for around 58cpm or more with bonuses.

    Tell me what you got!

Don’t send me to some crappy company. Lol I will be researching before I apply.

I live in Raleigh, NC area. Company can be from anywhere as long as they run regularly in that area so I can get home. However, I would prefer something within a few hours of that area if possible.

I don’t know what any of these companies pay, but off the top of my head.
    Reser’s foods Halifax nc
    Carolina tank lines Burlington nc
    Darrell Andrews siler city nc
    Brakebush Thomasville nc
Some of the produce haulers around mt airy may still run a single out west.

    What about Walmart private fleet?

Also, instead of cpm, what is the yearly amount you wish to make?
