2016 international prostar electrical problem

    Good afternoon! I’m having problems with my truck. My wiper blades are not working right, they only work when I set them on high but the lower settings dont. they don’t return to the original position. also my radio was always on, it will show the time but now I have to manually turn it on. One of my cigarette lighter slot it’s not working .can somebody point me to the right direction

    On the wipers the relay clicks but they don’t move

    The problem with the wipers sounds like the wiper motor. If it was electrical it probably wouldn't be working at all.
    As for the radio and cigarette lighter sounds like someone might have to dig through the electrical stuff behind the dash.
