I agree, but like @Another Canadian driver said, they have all the lanes right now, and that good reefer work.
IMHO, I wouldn't expect to get 2 years out of a trucking company in Canada now, prob less if you're and O/O. They all seem to have "Moments of brilliance" attract a bunch of good drivers and O/O's, then totally ####ing tank in the next 3 years. Seen it happens so much, that when the opportunity came up to be in the office, and hopefully prevent that from happening here; I was all over it.
The one that stings the most tho is IHaul, why the #### did they have to get involved with the remnants of H&R? everything was fine at 125 trucks, but noooo they had to go and try to be "Big Time". Well I hope it was ####ing worth it Deep!
