Here’s a bit of good news.
I like this part here.
“Kodiak Robotics in April, alongside U.S. Xpress, launched Level 4 autonomous freight service between Dallas-Fort Worth and Atlanta. Using a Kodiak self-driving truck and U.S. Xpress trailers, the two companies in May completed a first-of-its-kind pilot, hauling freight on four round-trips (eight segments), covering approximately 6,350 miles and delivering eight commercial loads between Dallas and Atlanta.”
level 4 now being tested.
Werner, Kodiak Robotics team up on autonomyD.Tibbitt and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
What about the 6% the safety driver had to do.. companies won’t make money buying higher price trucks that require a safety driverJoeyJunk and Rideandrepair Thank this.

testing phase. I’m guessing the 6% is last mile first mile and fueling. Maybe other things, but the thing is level 4 is being tested and more AT’s are being added every year. So it’s a win win for all.D.Tibbitt and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Tons of open deck loads posted going to Florida for $2.30ish.... Maybe the folks moving these loads are able to get more than double the posted rate... I have doubts though...Last edited: Sep 30, 2022

I’m a fool. Lol. My great load home was already gone this morning. They accidentally double booked it. Honest mistake So I booked a load to Miami. Never know, might not be a total disaster. Definitely will be an adventure.
