Shoulder Parking Roulette

I’m hitting whoever cut me off not the parked truck because I’d be slowing if I couldn’t get over .

 

Hold your lane. The guy who cut him off is down the highway and getting on with their life. The driver on the side of the road has vehicle damage and likely injures. The trucker who swerved has the same but add in a preventable accident with injures on their record.
If they didn't swerve the car would of hit them and been responsible for the accident.

 

The accident occurred barely 2 miles from the Pilot in West Wendover,Nevada-and there’s parking near the casino too..smh

 

And he would have just passed that westbound rest area. But then again he could have been broken down, as unlikely as that would be.

 

if they got the license plate of the car who cut the truck off, they can still be fined. just because they weren't directly involved doesn't mean they're free
