Tradition transportation

Please beware of Tradition transportation in Angola, IN. I should have trusted the bad reviews that I read online about them. I never saw anything bad when it came to team drivers so hubby and I thought we would give it a try. We decided that we wanted to do a lease purchase on one of the super sleepers that they offered. Nice trucks with shower potty and such. They put you up in this dump of a hotel the Ramada inn. They started off running late the first day. Orientation wasn't to bad. The truck was beautiful we got our 1st dispatch out late Wednesday night for a load that was already late being picked up. The lie about the pay was 80%of what the load pays. We were told that teams were averaging $12-$15k weekly. So by the time you factored all deductions excluding fuel that was $3877 a week. We had 1 week that we grossed a little over $12k. The rest of the time we fought to get $8k. They had this big beautiful truck in places that it had no business being. They stayed giving us brokered loads that didn't pay anything. And the payroll cut off is on Sat midnight. Which is retarded because people know that teams are typically on a load that they will deliver on Monday . We never turned down a load. Stayed available there were loads that we sat on were told we would get detention , that never paid out. O found out they were overcharging us on the maintenance account since day one. They are just a sneaky company! They need to be sued for how they get over on people !
