It's been awhile since I have been on, but I need some help from you fellow O/O's... The heater fan no longer has been blowing, I checked my fuses, relays, and finally went to the Dealership and bought a new fan motor and cage... BUT.... Still nothing.... It's a 1991 Peterbilt and the only thing I can think thats left is the heater speed switch itself...??? Anyone else had this problem?

does it work on any speed?, if not try popping out the switch and just crossing the wires then you know it is the switch, not a broken wire somewhere

Doesnt work on any speed... And I noticed when I did pull the wires there was spark... So it must have power to that switch as well right?

I'd suspect the switch. Try hot wiring it direct out of the fuse box or off of a spare dash switch with a jumper wire.

sounds like it, the reason I asked about the speed is there some type of resistor, that tends to burn out and the fan will only work on high, I know it's too late for this problem but I always use the K.I.S.S method, or when it comes to repairs, keep it cheaper, I probably would have started at the switch

if you saw a spark when you pulled the plug on the fan that says its pulling alot of power. I would pull the fan again and check the interior of fan cacvity for dead critters or other foreign contaminants that would keep the blower from turning.

Not familiar with your truck, but on chevy pickups they put a coil of wire inside the box for the duct work. As the temperature outside dropped it allowed for more wattage to go through to the fan. This being said I would trace the wires back from the blower motor and find out what your fan is using for a sensor or if it is in the switch itself.
