Seriously, $7,500 would cover my fuel bill for 2 weeks.. Not like it would save any of us who are already in financial free fall.. Maybe it would cover bankruptcy costs, lol

 

It's not really socialism if they're giving money back to you that they pilfered from your efforts in the first place.

 

I thought this was gonna be a go fund me for some trucker that needed help from the title. But since it is not I am trying to figure out why we would get anything?? Did I miss something while I was working?

 

Sign me up. I’m still excited about recently learning that I can make up to $51k, and still draw my SS at 62. Retirement is too expensive, and from what I hear boring and overrated anyway.

The bill to provide the $7,500 tax credit to truckers has not passed congress. It was assigned to a House committee at the end of March, and seems to have pretty much died there. It's HR 7348 if you want to look it up.
