I have been in and out of McGriff tires a few times when I was leased on to al. carriers and they a fine job and did have a balancer that spun the wheels mounted on truck to ck for bad out of balance brake drums?

McGriff was great. We got what we needed and the prices were fair. Not amazing but fair.
That's all you can ask for. Will definitely try them again. Also had a couple of nice used steer tires for the trailer.

it doesn't have to be a big rig shop for tires, don't forget about other regular car tire shops or auto shops, they will actually have stock in big rig size there since nobody goes there for big rig sizes. Tire-Rama in Billings MT keeps an ungodly stock of michelins, 8 XDN2s all at once, 16 ply X-line steers, zero wait.
plus if it's a big chain store and they don't have any in stock they can probably get some brought over from another location that has some -
