    Marten has a guarantee pay
    Crete doesn’t but their average miles will match it.
    Any of you folks experienced either company pros and cons and how the management treat drivers.

    A coworker of mine ran with Marten for a long time.

    He had nothing negative to say about them.

    At least in some locations, they run a lot of loads for Walmart.

    That can make a difference--especially in a recession.

    Most of my Walmart deliveries were a good experience.
