This was United vision logistics that put those fees in so we could do that to them too!

I see those once in awhile, and that is the customer charging to reschedule you not the agent / broker.

    Same with the paperwork.

Haven't crossed the " if the truck breaks bridge " yet with one.

Although Magellan is doing much worse things by asking the driver to drive load back for no charge if rejected. I just think we as drivers have a hard enough time, especially these days, we don’t need this extra bs on our plate when we aren’t really being paid what we should in the first place. We turned down the load, didn’t sign rate con. I guess that’s what we all should do. Just wanted to rant to my TTR family. Thanks

    cke and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I’ve seen “if the truck breaks” a few times. Basically was show us the repair receipt if you’re going to use that excuse.

I'd think that would be acceptable.

I tripped my log like 7 hours into my 10 once for like 8 seconds.

Had to do the whole 10 over.

Was maybe 15 miles from receiver. Told them what happened, they rescheduled it for the following day.

No one really got in a twist over it though.

But I've seen more than a few signs at receivers that say there will be a $250, $400, $500, reschedule fee if late.

I did a load about 6 weeks ago detention started at 2 hours and was $75 hour.

Had an updated rate con for the detention before I was even out of their yard.

There's a few with a 15 minute window. I don't do those twice. That's too fine a line. 30 minutes is even BS.
