Use a rubber mount and ground wire to isolate the pump. It will muffle the click sound some.

 

my webasto is a factory install and makes the clicking noise constantly.

I thought the igniter was staying on….guess that’s is the normal

I did do that. I'm sure if it wasn't mounted on the cab structure it wouldn't be as bad either.

 

The clicking noise is the fuel pump. I used to have 3 of em running at the same time every morning outside my bedroom window. Even the neighbors asked what that was. All of mine are rubber mounted too.
I get up at 5 everyday and open the window to hear em. I can tell if ones missing. Just in case i need to intervene to prevent a cold am no start.

 

A little Cosby Sauce will get it started.

 

I only heard that term for the 1st time a few months ago. Lol.
