Bundle Uf ICK.
What monetary value would you forfeit giving/selling/trading the car to dealer?
Would you try for the "newest" contraption or go for Upgrading an Old School Vehicle? -
Love my 2005 Chevrolet Express Van with wind up windows and no cruise control. Sealed beam headlights are still an option.
Pretty much the same vehicle has been in production since 1996, meaning it is the only platform sold today who's earliest examples qualify for antique vehicle status (over 25 years). And GM has no plans to replace it.
And in a pinch I can live in it in a Walmart parking lot indefinitely.
jason6541, hope not dumb twucker and lilillill Thank this. -
Next will be small Hover Craft (a FORD Verified Production) with equivalent Lightning Speeds (after months long training of [potentially clumsy] personnel through MANY Units being destroyed..........like present time).
Problem with those upright "go carts" is they're NO GOOD for Sand, Mud, Stairs, Tight Turns at Blistering Speed, Rain, Snow, but be EXCELLENT in the Wal Mart/Target/Burlington Coat Factory/Dollar General/Dollar Store Shopping Centers for LOW speed HIGH Personnel apprehensions.

I'm awaiting the new versions of ROBO COP, of course being produced/procured by the cheapest bidder, like a current or new Vehicle Fabricator.TheLoadOut Thanks this. -
It's the wife's car, she picked it. I don't have time to work on old stuff anymore so she drives new with a warranty.
And although I have a new Tacoma, I like old school as well. My favorite is my 90 D250 with a 12-valve Cummins. No computer junk, no frills, always runs. Doesn't even need a battery once you get it started.Hammer166 Thanks this. -
I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on a 1993-2001 Ram 1500 with the 5.2 liter V8 and 5-speed manual. Very few of those were built. It’s one of those trucks that was “transitional”, some electronics to diagnose any issues (key dance) but at the same length enough mechanical components to keep things reliable.

Yep, I have one of those too—a 98 with an automatic. It's a pretty good truck.
Also have a rusted to #### 96 with the 5.9 L in it. That one has over 400,000 miles on it.mjd4277 Thanks this. -
You can claim old school if you've ever had to turn the screw on the shutoff relay to kill/keep the truck running.

I used to have a 1975 MG MGB with a manual choke, does that count?
Studebaker Hawk and Hammer166 Thank this. -
Dual Weber carburetors? What a nightmare those were to balance.
