You can get a job before you graduate. Start the applications on the first day of cdl school.
You'll receive job offers contingent on completing cdl school and having any required endorsements and passing a drug test.

Getting your CDL from a community college is probably one of the BEST ways to get a job. While you’re there, recruiters will come and pre-hire you (if you choose). If you’re smart, you’ll just wait until you graduate and apply to local or OTR companies.

 

When I was looking for a CDL school, the community colleges in my area were both longer (a whole semester) and more expensive than many private schools.
