Mobile home loads are VERY prone to breakdown, I've got a friend that hauls them. He's probably changing 2-3 tires a week due to blowouts.

 

Yup i see them on the side of the road with blown tires or big chunks of sideing peeling off on a regular basis. So them being broken down is not unusual at all.
