I personally have said this before and will say it again. FCC is outstanding in so many ways!

Two days ago It was my birthday and the Qualcomm started beeping with messages from a bunch of people in the office saying happy birthday.

Never in all my years of driving has a company taken the time to do something like that.
FCC cares about there drivers in every way!
Outstanding in there load planing! Outstanding in there equipment maintenance !
Outstanding demonstrating that they care about every little detail of their drivers!

Ya, I think I saw that PSA also. LOL … Hoping for a different part of town.

Sitting here with another driver that goes there often and parks on-site with no issues. So I think I’ll be fine… but if I don’t check in for my noon appointment, send help.

I usually stop for the day at one of those two places, or at the Petro in Carlisle. That makes sure that I dont get stuck near Philly out of hours. (Most of the time) I do the same thing going to SoCAL, ESPECIALLY if I dont know where I am picking up next.

 

Yeah, buddy... The hotel right behind it has seen better days, but it does have truck parking, it's not expensive, and the mattresses are pretty comfortable. My wife was riding with me my first Thanksgiving with the company, and we stayed at the hotel because I was running Waaaay early. We ate at the diner that night. She was amazed that they were open, and she doesn't really like turkey, but liked theirs. They even had REAL gravy, and not that instant garbage.
