Houston Produce Center on Produce Row. Bunch of grocery suppliers all in the same location and the company that owns the land charges this fee for every truck coming in. Money isn't even used to pave or provide better facilities for drivers but they do offer overnight parking onsite.RussianBearTruckeR and Lonesome Thank this.

$20 to get into produce row in St. Louis. But it comes with a 50/50 chance of getting shot or stabbed. Or both!
